Draft — to be reviewed by SoulfulZoe's owner before launch.

What we collect

To prepare your reading we ask for your name, your email address and the details your reading needs: for tarot, your question and optional details about the situation; for a birth chart, your birth date, time and place.

How we use it

Your details are used only to prepare and deliver your reading and to support you with your order. Your birth details are used to calculate your chart; your question and details are shared with our reading engine, which may include an AI model provider acting on our behalf, without your email address or payment details.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What we never do

We never sell your data, and our analytics record only anonymous browsing events, never your name, email, birth details or questions.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time by writing to hello@soulfulzoe.com. We delete your details, readings and reports, and keep only the minimal record of the sale that accounting requires.
